- run a 10k race (Race PR - 1:04:55 - May 1st 2011)
- squat 100lbs (May 6th 2011)
- deadlift 100lbs (May 9th 2011)

INJURY - Shoulder dislocation - May 30th 2011

- do a push-up on knees (July 2011 - on the beach in St.Lucia!)- do a high impact cardio class with sling (never did it)- run first 5 k since my knee injury (August 12th, 2011)

Things I would like to achieve in the somewhat foreseeable future...(post-injury goals)

I can't remember what order most of these are likely to occur in so it is kind of random...
- do a push-up on toes

Things I would like to achieve, in the somewhat foreseeable future...(pre-injury goals)

- weigh 150 lbs
- weigh 140 lbs
- lose 35lbs
- lose 40lbs
- do a pull up (un-assisted)
- do my push-ups to full depth (on toes)
- do 25 push-ups on my toes
- fit into my 'regular' size 6 jeans, not just the ones that fit large.
- fit into size 4 jeans (I am not sure this is actually possible)
- fit into Japanese style dress from Forever 21 that I wore in December 2006, once.
- race a 10k in 1 hour or less
- race at least five 5k races and 3 10k races in 2011
- run a 15k (Around the Bay Relay) and a half marathon (Mississauga) in 2011
- tri a tri in 2011 or 2012
